1. Purpose

This AI Policy explains how automated or AI-assisted tools may appear in connection with this website. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment planning from a qualified clinician.

2. What AI May Support

• Website operations: Development, content drafting assistance, and technical maintenance of public pages.
• Language tools: Optional on-page translation (for example Google Translate) so international visitors can view the site in another language. Translation is machine-generated and may be imperfect for medical wording.
• Coordination workflows: Internal tooling may help staff organize enquiries; it does not independently diagnose patients.

3. What AI Does Not Do

• AI does not replace Dr. Sajan K. Hegde's clinical judgment or in-person consultation.
• AI does not automatically approve surgery, issue medical visas, or guarantee treatment outcomes.
• Form submissions and medical files are reviewed by the clinical coordinator desk and medical team.

4. Data & Confidentiality

Patient identifiers and medical uploads are processed under our Privacy Policy and India's DPDPA (and GDPR principles where applicable). Do not rely on machine translations of consent text; if anything is unclear, contact the clinic desk before submitting sensitive data.
