How long does it take to get a response?

Appointment requests are confirmed by our coordinator desk within 24 to 48 business hours. Passport and visa documents are processed and issued within 24 to 48 working hours.

Can international patients consult before travel?

International and out-station patients can submit medical records through the appointment enquiry form. Our coordination team will review your information and advise on the next steps before you travel.

How do I share large MRI files?

While filling out the Book Appointment form, copy the text findings of your MRI report. You can send the raw image scan files (DICOM/JPEG) directly to the coordinator on WhatsApp once they reach out to you.
